Auto Spare Parts Export

Parts for vehicles built in China and universal wear parts, sourced by OE number, VIN or model year in one inquiry.

Auto Spare Parts Export

What parts we supply

We focus on common spare and wear parts for vehicles built in China, plus universal maintenance parts. Whether you are a workshop, parts wholesaler or used-car dealer, you can request a quote by OE number, VIN or model year, supplied as OEM-equivalent or aftermarket parts.

Spare parts export: quick answers

These are the five questions we are asked most often, and the ones most likely to lead to wrong-part purchases and returns. We answer them directly here.

Do parts from the same model fit across different model years?
They cannot be assumed to. Different model years of the same vehicle often carry hidden differences — for example brake disc bore diameters can differ by around 2 mm, and damper, ball joint and lighting interfaces also change with facelifts. The safe approach is to verify against the VIN, or against brand + model + model year + engine code, rather than quoting the vehicle name alone.
Is LCL or FCL more economical?
The rule of thumb commonly used is around 15 cubic metres: well below that volume, LCL is usually cheaper; close to or above it, FCL is more economical. LCL also incurs consolidation (CFS) charges at both ends, and its cut-off is typically 5–7 days earlier than FCL. We advise on the actual volume and route in our quotation.
Do spare parts exports qualify for a VAT rebate?
Most parts fall under HS 8708 (parts and accessories for motor vehicles), and most subheadings in that chapter qualify for a 13% export VAT rebate, subject to the rate and commodity code in force at the time of declaration. The rebate does not change your purchase price directly, but correct classification affects our cost structure, which benefits both sides.
How can wrong parts and returns be reduced?
Bring fitment confirmation forward. Verify in five steps — read the original part number from the vehicle, check supersession, find interchange numbers, check key dimensions and interfaces, then cross-check against model year and engine — and use the VIN as the final check. Report model year, displacement, left- or right-hand drive and emission standard all at once. Checking item by item is far cheaper than returning goods afterwards.
When should we order to avoid production peaks and price rises?
Chinese factories typically begin to reduce output about one month before Chinese New Year, and the overseas restocking peak usually falls between late February and early March. Ordering 6–8 weeks before Chinese New Year, or avoiding the mid-January shipping peak, is therefore advisable. These are general patterns; the exact dates shift from year to year, so booking space early in peak season is recommended.

Detailed guides

OEM-equivalent and aftermarket — both available

Choose by your sales channel: OEM-equivalent for quality and certification, aftermarket for fitment coverage and value.

OEM-equivalent

Built to original specifications with materials and workmanship matched to the OEM standard; test reports and certificate copies available on request.

Aftermarket

Wide coverage, fast lead time and strong value, ideal for volume repair and wear-part replenishment.

Fitment & OE numbers

We match parts by brand, model, year, VIN and OE number, support cross-reference checks, covering the vehicles we export (any car built in China) plus universal wear parts.

  • Quote by OE number
  • Match by VIN/model/year
  • Cross-reference check
  • China-made + universal coverage

Please note: correctly formatted catalogue data does not mean the fitment is factually correct. Different brands can share the same numeric code while pointing to completely unrelated parts. Always confirm against the actual part number on the vehicle or the VIN before ordering.

Confirm these before you request a quote

Model year / year of manufactureHidden differences are common between model years of the same vehicle; interfaces and dimensions can change after a facelift
Displacement / engine codeTwo 1.5L engines may belong to different engine families, and their part numbers are not interchangeable
Left-hand / right-hand driveSteering, lighting and some interior parts differ by drive configuration and are not interchangeable
Emission standardAftertreatment and sensor parts change with the emission stage, and each stage corresponds to different parts
Original part number or VINThe most reliable matching basis, and directly usable for cross-reference checking

OE cross-reference in five steps

  1. Read the part number on the original component, or trace the OE number from the VIN
  2. Check the supersession record for that number and confirm whether it has been replaced by a new one
  3. Look up the interchange numbers and list the alternative brands and models
  4. Verify critical dimensions and interfaces, including bore diameter, thread pitch and connector pins
  5. Cross-check against model year and engine code, then place the order

Quality & certification

Our supplier network is audited to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949; test reports and certificate copies are available on request, and destination-required documents such as CE / DOT / E-mark are processed per order.

  • Supplier audit ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
  • Test reports & certificates on request
  • Destination documents per order (CE/DOT/E-mark)

Central Asia (five states)Customs clearance follows the HS code and invoice consistency; some markets still work on the GOST system and can be supplied with the corresponding statement; EAEU members also apply TR CU 018/2011.Wide temperature swings and dusty roads; filters, seals, suspension and brake parts wear quickly.National customs authorities / Eurasian Economic Commission

HS codes & customs

Parts fall mainly under HS 8708 (parts and accessories for motor vehicles), for example 8708.30 brakes, 8708.40 transmissions, 8708.80 suspension. Most subheadings in that chapter qualify for a 13% export VAT rebate, subject to the rate in force at the time of declaration. We provide the corresponding HS code and declaration elements per item to support customs valuation at destination.

Recommended ordering windows

Parts typically take several weeks from order to arrival at port. Avoiding Chinese factory shutdown periods and overseas restocking peaks helps control both cost and lead time.

Pre-Chinese New Year stocking (usually November to early January)Order 6–8 weeks before Chinese New Year to avoid the production slowdown and the post-holiday scheduling peak
Overseas restocking peak (usually late February to early March)Concentrated restocking ahead of the repair season; booking space 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended
Mid-year regular window (usually May to July)Sailing schedules are relatively open; suitable for larger stocking orders and trial orders of new lines
Year-end stocking window (usually September to October)Stock ahead for the following peak season and avoid the December shipping peak and tight capacity
Negotiable year-roundFast-moving maintenance parts turn over quickly and can be ordered at any time to suit your stock level

These windows are general patterns and the dates shift from year to year. Capacity and freight rates are volatile in peak season, so early booking is recommended.
