Brake and Safety Parts for China-Made Vehicles

Which brake parts do you supply for export and how is fitment confirmed?

We supply brake pads, discs, brake fluid, hoses, caliper components and wheel-speed sensors for vehicles built in China plus universal applications. Friction is built to OE specification, with multi-model coverage and E-mark or DOT options where the destination requires them. Fitment is confirmed by OE number or VIN with bore-diameter and interface checks before shipment.

Brakes are the system where fitment certainty is non-negotiable. A disc with the wrong bore, a pad with the wrong compound or a sensor with the wrong connector is not a near-miss; it is a safety failure. This page covers the brake and safety parts we source, the materials we specify, and how we confirm the part fits before it leaves. As with every category, we quote against an OE number, VIN or model year.

What we supply

The core range is brake pads and discs, brake fluid, hoses and lines, caliper components and wheel-speed sensors. Pads and discs are the high-frequency items, and we carry OE-spec friction grades matched to the original braking performance rather than a generic substitute. For markets with heat and grade demands, such as Andean highlands or tropical humidity, we specify heat-resistant compounds and higher corrosion protection on the disc hat and edge.

Wheel-speed sensors and related electrical interfaces are matched by connector type and signal, because a sensor that fits mechanically but speaks the wrong protocol will still trigger a warning light. We verify the connector pins and the mounting before quoting.

Material and specification choices

Disc choice hinges on bore diameter, venting, thickness and the parking-brake interface, all of which can differ between model years of the same vehicle. Pad choice hinges on the friction formulation and the backing-plate detail. We keep these as confirmed attributes, not catalogue assumptions, because the same model name can hide a 2 mm bore difference that changes the whole fit.

Where the destination requires it, brake parts can be supplied with E-mark or DOT options, prepared per order. We do not assume the mark; we confirm the requirement with the destination and the part before arranging the document.

Fitment and the bore-diameter trap

Brake discs are the classic case where model year changes the part. Facelifts and engine variants move the bore diameter, the mounting pattern or the parking-brake drum, so the VIN or original part number is the only safe basis. We read the part number from the original disc or trace it from the VIN, check supersession, and verify the bore and interface.

For mixed fleets we group the order by confirmed variant so each vehicle gets the exact item. This is slower to set up but it removes the returns and, more importantly, the safety risk of a mismatched brake component.

Climate and usage fit

Hot, dusty and mountainous markets wear brakes harder and demand heat resistance and corrosion protection. Coastal and winter-salt markets demand sealed components and anti-corrosion coating. We factor the operating climate into the specification and can split a single shipment into climate-matched variants for different parts of your market.

Brake parts are also among the high-risk categories under several certification regimes, such as EAC in the EAEU, so we plan the documentation alongside the part rather than after the fact.

Give us the VIN or OE number

Quote with the VIN or the OE part number — pad dimensions differ between model years and trim levels, so the model name alone is not enough.

Discs by pair, pads by set

Discs are priced per pair (left + right) and pads per set (per axle). Please state which you need so quantities match.

Ceramic vs semi-metallic

Ceramic pads are quieter with less dust but tolerate less heat than semi-metallic. For heavy loads or long descents choose semi-metallic — tell us the duty cycle.

FAQ

Do you supply both pads and discs together?

Yes. Pads, discs, fluid, hoses, caliper parts and wheel-speed sensors can be quoted as one brake kit or as individual lines, all confirmed by OE number or VIN.

Can the same model use different disc bores?

Yes, between model years and engine variants the bore diameter and mounting can differ by around 2 mm or more. We verify the exact bore and interface before quoting.

Are E-mark or DOT options available?

Where the destination requires them, brake parts can be supplied with E-mark or DOT options prepared per order. We confirm the requirement before arranging the document.

Why does my sensor need the right connector?

A wheel-speed sensor that fits mechanically but has the wrong connector or signal will still set a warning light. We match connector pins and protocol, not just the shape.

How should I specify brakes for hot climates?

Tell us the operating climate. For heat, dust and grade we specify heat-resistant friction and higher corrosion protection on the disc surfaces and hat.

Do brake parts need special certification documents?

In several markets brakes are high-risk categories, for example under EAC in the EAEU. We prepare the required documents per order and confirm them in writing before shipment.
